Urology
Urology is a surgical specialty dealing with diagnosis and treatment of the male and female urinary tract and male reproductive organs. Common disorders include urinary incontinence, kidney stones and prostate cancer.Many of our doctors are involved in ground breaking research and bring to the Wellington Diagnostics and Outpatients Centre and the Wellington Hospital the very latest proven techniques to treat both common and complex conditions alike. We practice an Integrated Approach with consultants and specialist physicians from a number of complementary disciplines meeting to discuss individual patient's conditions and the most appropriate care programme to suit.
